Prospective Members
If you have a bachelor or advanced degree(s) from an accredited four-year college or university, membership is obtained through a graduate chapter. Graduate membership in Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® is by invitation only and may not be solicited. An active graduate chapter will extend an authorized and written membership letter of invitation.

Chapter Meetings
If you are a graduate member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® and would like to visit with our Chapter, we welcome your presence at one of our monthly Chapter Meetings! Our meetings (for sorority members only) are routinely held on the fourth Saturday of every month, from September to June, at 10:30 am in Flint, MI. The recommended attire is business dress.

Meeting Attendance Requirements
In accordance with Sorority Guidelines and Chapter Standards, Sorors are asked to provide two forms of identification (one Primary and one Secondary) for meeting entry. Primary Identification is any government-issued ID. Secondary Identifications to confirm membership in Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated®:
- A current or past financial card (in most cases, the name listed should match the Primary ID; exceptions: maiden name, married name)
- A copy of your original membership certificate signed by our International Office
- A receipt from a Cluster, Regional Conference or Boule that contains your name
Note: If you have questions and/or won’t be able to produce the necessary documentation, please contact our Membership Chairman, Soror Nikkia Washington (AKA_ZetaBetaOmegaChapter@yahoo.com) no later than the Wednesday prior to the monthly meeting with the subject line: Membership Support.

TransfersThe Transfer Verification Form is an official Sorority form that documents that a financially active member has met all financial obligations to her former chapter and the Boule.

Zeta Beta Omega Chapter is here to assist inactive members in returning to active membership and welcome you with open arms! To reactivate, please complete the Graduate Chapter Reactivation Form and submit it to Zeta Beta Omega either in person at a chapter meeting or email to AKA_ZetaBetaOmegaChapter@yahoo.com.
